We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders $100+. Packages will arrive to your door via DHL or UPS.

Some areas do not qualify for our no charge shipping service, You will be notified upon order placement if you do not qualify.
Duties & Taxes not included.
Duties & Taxes may be collected at delivery.
We cannot be responsible for any costs in returning product. Please note we will accept returns but the shipping and other charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Processing & Shipping times
All orders except for the customization service are processed in 1-2 business days and will arrive within 5-7 business days of being shipped. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped, or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order.
Our customization service like having your name or initials embroidered on the bag will be separately notified on the website for its processing & shipping times.
Jouy Story provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: jouystory.com. If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. Jouy Story has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by Jouy Story to be defective, Jouy Story will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. Minor damage to packaging is not considered “defective.”
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that, Jouy Story will not process a refund request.
