Jouy Story provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. Jouy Story has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by Jouy Story to be defective, Jouy Story will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. Minor damage to packaging is not considered “defective.”


How long do I have to request a refund?

You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that, Jouy Story will not process a refund request.
